How did Hashem answer him?
Radak: You returned me to freedom from the affliction.
Malbim: Hashem Himself answered him. Then He puts His word to answer the one who prays and do a miracle for him.
What is the meaning of "Tarhiveni"?
Rashi: You aggrandized me.
Radak: You strengthened my Nefesh about Emunah in You. I knew that there is no god other than You, and You see and supervise people's affairs.
Malbim: You strengthened my Nefesh to consider that when You will answer my prayer, I knew that all kings will admit to You (4). Hashem's answer shows the strength of the Nefesh that prayed; it is a part of Hashem.
