Why does it say "Peli'ah Da'as Mimeni"?

1.

Rashi: It is covered and hidden from me - a place to flee from You.

2.

Radak: This Da'as 1 is above me; I cannot grasp it.

1

Radak: Da'as of man's formation with four opposite natures - heat and cold, moist and dry. Hashem, in His Chachmah, made the balance so man can survive.

2)

It is written Pal'eha, and we pronounce it Peli'ah!

1.

Radak: Both of these are the same. The Kesiv is like "v'Hu Pel'i" (Shoftim 13:18), and the female form is Pil'iyah. The pronunciation Peli'ah is the female form of Pali, which has the same grammatical form as Navi.

3)

What is the meaning of "Lo Uchal Lah"?

1.

Radak: I cannot understand it. (The matter is repeated in different words. - PF)
