What is the meaning of "Ken Ahavu Lanu'a"?

1.

Rashi: Like I decreed on them to be exiled, they loved to be exiled there to serve distant idolatries.

2.

Radak: Like they love to wander, so I will do with them. They go to Egypt and Ashur to request help from their enemies, and did not trust in Me. Their legs did not refrain from going, even though Nevi'im rebuked them - "why go to Egypt to drink the water of Shichor (Nile)? Why go to Ashur to drink the water of the river [of Melech Ashur]?" (2:18). Since they love to wander, I will make them wander and exile them among the nations.

3.

Malbim: They move from one path to another. The decree will change only if they change their deeds - but they will not, for their legs do not cease [to go on vain paths].

2)

Yirmeyah prayed about the famine. How is this an answer?

1.

Radak: Even though rain was withheld, if they could have gone to lands of Goyim to bring grain, the hunger would not be so severe. However, the enemy came against them every day, and they could not go out. Therefore, the hunger was very severe. Hashem answered why the enemy rules over them and exiles them, and amidst this, the hunger and sword are on them. Therefore, He said "now, remember their sin" - i.e. now, before exile, their sin will be remembered through hunger 1 and the sword.

It seems that the text should say 'Ra'av' in place of 'Ra'ah'. (PF)
