What is the meaning of "Ki Yefuteh v'Diber Davar"?

1.

Rashi: He will say what is not Emes.

2.

Radak: So will be the punishment of the one who is enticed. This is like "Mi Yefateh Es Achav" (Melachim I, 22:20). It is arousal of Ru'ach of desire. A Navi Sheker is Chayav Misah for matters that he does covertly, like we find regarding Achav ben Kolayah and Tzidkiyah ben Ma'aseah (Yirmeyah 29:21). They had adultery with their friend's wives, and did other evils covertly. In order to reveal them to people, Hashem brings a stumbling block, via people who transgress many things covertly. One of them is false Nevi'im. They glorified themselves in Nevu'ah, and Hashem aroused their desire in this, to make known their lies and wantonness. When the punishment came from Hashem, people justify the verdict against them.

3.

Malbim: His Yetzer or friends enticed him to speak false Nevu'ah.

Why does it say "Piteisi Es ha'Navi"?

1.

Rashi: I opened for him an opening to whichever course he will want. We learn from here 'one who comes to contaminate himself, [Shamayim] opens for him' (Yuma 38b).

2.

Radak: Refer to 14:9:1:2. This is like "veha'Elokim Inah l'Yado" and "v'Chizakti Es Lev Pharaoh" (Shemos 21:13, 14:4). So my father explained.

3.

Radak citing Rav Sadya Gaon: I explained and revealed about him that he is enticed.

4.

Malbim: When he says that I enticed him to go on a mission to prophesized, "I will stretch My hand" to punish him.
