Radak: [The Chasidim] mention it amidst their Brachos, that You are king over all, and create everything.

Malbim (11-12): The Chasidim always discuss His deeds fixed in the natural conduct that He established from the beginning. This is like a king who conducts according to the laws of his kingdom. It is His legion over which He rules. He created the world in order to be called King!

What do they say about His Gevurah?

Radak: Via Your Gevurah and ability, You caused all beings to exist.
2.
Malbim: He does wonders that override nature. Dibur is talking at length.
