Why is Machtzerim written with two Tzadi's, but we pronounce only one of them?

'Rashi', Radak: This is like Yisachar ? we pronounce only the first Sin. Also "Mechuya'el 1 " (Bereishis 4:18) and Yir'iyah (Yirmeyah 37:13), only the first Yud is pronounced.

The name is written twice in the verse; the second time it is pronounced Mechiya'el. (PF)
