Why will "Za'akah" be heard?

Radak: It is heard when evil comes suddenly.

Malbim: When they are greatly afflicted, they will justify the verdict; it is because they wanted to trap (covertly kill) me. It will become known that the slander they said about me was false.

Why does it say "Charu Shuchah Lelachdeni"?

Rashi: They suspected that I sinned with a married woman - "Ki Shuchah Amukah Zonah" (Mishlei 23:27).
