How does Iyov consider them like animals?

1.

Malbim: He denied eternity of the Nefesh. If so, man is like an animal - "u'Mosar ha'Adam Min ha'Behemah Ayin."

2)

What is the meaning of "Nitminu b'Eineichem"?

1.

Rashi: We are considered sealed in your eyes. The only root letters in Nitminu and Tes and Mem. The Targum of "Sitmum Pelishtim" is Tamonim.

2.

Rashi: Some say that Nitminu it is an expression of Teminah (hiding). This is wrong - if so, there should be two Nun's - one for the root, and one for the plural conjugation 1 !

3.

Malbim: You consider our hearts to be blunted, like "'v'Nitmesem Bam" (Vayikra 11:43).

4.

Malbim: Some say that we became Tamei in your eyes; the Yud in Nitminu is in place of an Aleph.

Or the latter Nun should have a Dagesh in place of an additional Nun (see Rashi Shemos 23:27). (PF)

3)

Why did he say "b'Eineichem" (plural)? Does he not address only Iyov?

1.

Seforno: He addresses also Elifaz, who agrees with Iyov that sometimes evil befalls a Tzadik, to chastise him or someone else, or because his virtue is not enough, due to Hashem's grandeur.
