1)

Why does the Torah write "Kol Osei Eileh" and not "Oseh Kol Eileh"?

1.

Rashi and R. Bachye: To teach us that it is not necessary to transgress all of the (nine transgressions mentioned - R. Bachye) above in order to be called an abomination; even just one of them will suffice.

2.

Ramban: Because although most of the cases are To'eivah, not all of them are. 1

1

Ramban: "Me'onein" and "Menachesh" are not abominations, because 'Who does not dabble in these things, in order to discover the future before it takes place'? See Ramban from DH 've'Atah' until the end of the Pasuk, who discusses Kishuf in depth.

2)

Why are people who do these things abominable?

1.

Oznayim la'Torah: Because in their wisdom, they work to negate Divine decrees 1 using the powers of Tum'ah which deny (negate) the Heavenly Household'.

1

As Chazal have said 'Witchcraft

3)

"u'vi'Gelal ha'To'evos ha'Eileh Hashem Morish osam mi'Panecha". What are the connotations of "u'vi'Gelal ha'To'evos ha'Eileh"?

1.

R. Bachye: ?Galgal hu ha'Chozer ba'Olam' (It is a wheel that travels round the world from one person [nation] to another) 1 Because the Cana'anim abominated themselves with the Mazalos before Hashem your G-d, Who is above all the Chochmos and Mazalos, He will overturn the Mazalos and expels them before you.

2.

Rashbam: It teaches us that Hashem expelled them because they relied solely on their abominable Tamei sources and did not care o to seek Hashem or true prophets.

1 1

R. Bachye: Like the Gemara Darshens in Shabbbos 151b on "ki bi'Gelal ha'Davar haZeh" - in Re'ei 15:10 (in connection with Tzedakah).

4)

Why does Hashem enable the spirits of Tum'ah to foretell the future?

1.

Rashbam (in Pasuk 13): In order to test Yisrael.
