Who is "Ishah Zarah"?

1.

Rashi: It is a gathering of Apikorsim (heretics 1 ).

2.

Malbim: Zar is a stranger to the matter. Nochri is from another land. Here it discusses the Yetzer ha'Ra for Arayos and idolatry. Also idolatry is compared to Zenus everywhere. He strays after his G-d and his Bris. Chachmah saves from a harlot, lest he stumble in sin.

1

Rashi: You cannot say that it is literally a woman who is Mezanah. Is it praise of the Torah that it saves from her, but not from other Aveiros?! Rather, it is heresy - casting off the yoke of all Mitzvos.

2)

What is the meaning of "Nochriyah Amareha Hechelikah"?

1.

Malbim: She abandoned Yisrael's creed, and serves foreign gods. Her words are smooth to entice you to idolatry, denial and heresy.
