Here it says that Pashchor and his beloved will die in Bavel. Above (verse 4) it says that they will die via the sword, i.e. in Eretz Yisrael!
Radak: Those who escape the sword in Yerushalayim and go in captivity to Bavel, will die and be buried there 1 .
Radak: Even though each verse says "Kol Ohavecha", it means many of your beloved. The same applies to "v'Chol ha'Aretz Ba'u Mitzraimah" (Bereishis 41:57, i.e. many came) and many other verses.
Since they will die there, surely they will be buried there! What is the Chidush?
Radak: He mentioned burial there for a curse - they will be buried in a Tamei land.
Malbim: They will not return [to Eretz Yisrael] in their lifetimes, and not after death.
