What was the question "hal'Kel Yelamed Da'as"?

1.

Rashi: Is one of You in place of Kel, that can teach to understand this Midah (the Rasha succeeds, and his children are punished for his evil)?!

2.

Rashi: I heard, do I need to teach to Him Da'as, to judge Emes? He Himself knows!

3.

Ibn Ezra: Is it as if He does not know what to do?

4.

Malbim: One need not teach Kel how to punish a Rasha based on his evil.

2)

Why did he say "v'Hu Ramim Yishpot"?

1.

Rashi: E.g. me, Tzadikim and esteemed people, He afflicts, judges and pays up from them. This is like "Lo Yifneh Derech Keramim 1 " (Sanhedrin 108a).

2.

Rashi: I heard, in His grandeur, He judges exalted Dinim, and He is not concerned to be precise.

3.

Malbim: How can Hashem judge and decree from above, that a Rasha "will die serene without any illness"?

1

Sanhedrin 108a: When No'ach rebuked his generation, they scoffed - if so, why doesn't Hashem bring the flood right away? He answered He wants to take one Tzadik (Mesushelach, in his proper time) first, lest he be punished with you.
