What are "Atinav"

Rashi: This is like Otenu in the olive-press (Menachos 86a). He gathers the olives together, and gathers in it, so it will be prepared when he presses it in the olive-press. Ma'atan is the Kli in which they are gathered. Also here, his Chelev, moisture and fat are called Atinav.

Ibn Ezra: In Arabic, it is the place where camels kneel by water (to drink).

What is the significance of Atinav being full of Chelev?

Malbim: This shows that his entire life, he had good and bodily delights.

What do we learn from "u'Mo'ach Atzmosav Yeshukeh"?

Ibn Ezra: It is as if liquid is constantly put on them, therefore they do not dry.
