What do we learn from "Ein Chachmah v'Ein Tevunah v'Ein Etzah l'Neged Hashem"?

Brachos 19b #1: If one finds Sha'atnez in his (Ramban - another's) garment, even in the market, he must take it off. Wherever there is Chilul Hashem, we do not give honor to an important person (to leave the garment on him). Rashi - no Chacham is important opposite [honor of] Hashem.
