Radak: From the womb, my parents cast responsibility for me upon You (I had no Da'as at the time). You supply food to my mother, and she feeds and raises me.

Malbim: You raised me. It is as if my mother died after birth, and I was cast upon You to raise me.

Malbim: You were my G-d also in the womb. Also in Egypt ¹ , You supervised over me that I not perish. Since You were always my G-d and the one who raised me, [the nations] will notice that now You abandon me, and will shame me more. I am like a great nation in their eyes due to this; this would not be so had Your name never been called on me.
