Radak: She was a Shem Ra for other women who lust. The one that she loved, he belittled her, disgraced her and killed her. The Mashal is for women of other countries, like the Targum.

What are "Shefutim"?

Rashi: This is like Shefatim (punishments).

Radak: They are vengeances. This is a noun; Shefut has the same grammatical form as Zevul.
