Why does the Torah repeat "Ki Yeilech Mal'achi Lefanecha"?

1.

Seforno: Having warned Yisrael that, if they do not obey the Mal'ach, he does not have a mandate to pardon their sins, the Torah now hints that, by the same token, he cannot pardon our enemies and is therefore bound to destroy them.

2)

Why does Hashem refer to the angel as "Mal'achi"?

1.

R. Bachye #2: With reference to 32:20:0.1:1 ? Because of the special qualities of Matatron, which rendered him dear to Hashem ? 'Mal'achi', the angel who is dear to Me'.

2.

R. Bachye #1: With reference to 32:20:0.1:2 - because it spells 'Mi'cha'el' ? the angel in question.

3)

" ? el ha'Emori ve'ha'Chiti ve'ha'Perizi ? ". Why does the Torah list ony six natios ? and omit the Girgashi?

1.

R. Bachye: This supports Chazal, who say that the Girgashi fled, in which case the Mal'ach did not need to destroy them.
