Rashi: It is proper for all lips to kiss him.

Malbim: One who is a Chacham in rebuke, to the point that he can refute one who argues with him and wants to contradict his words, and he is trained to refute him with proper matters that resolve [the issue] like his words, his lips will be kissed. All love them.
