The Leviyim were already listed in Perek 23. Why are they repeated here?

Malbim: There are Chidushim in Bnei Kehas and Merari. Here it tells the heads of Bnei Shuv'el, Bnei Rechavyah, Bnei Shelumis, that Yeriyah was Amaryah's father, and the last two Mishmaros (refer to 23:22:1:1).
