Why does it say "ha'Gad"?

Rashi (from Yalkut Shimoni 145): [Yo'av] began with Shevet Dan, because they are strong. He hoped that they will [resist, and] fight him, and the census will be canceled!

Radak: "Gad" is like "Malei Al Kol Gadosav" (Yehoshua 3:15).

5)
