With the pronoun at the end, it should be Tefutzoseichem, like "u'Seshuvoseichem Nish'ar me'Al" (Iyov 21:34). Here, the Pei has a Cholem to match the next syllable, like "Tehomos Yechasyumu" (Shemos 15:5). There is a Chirik under the latter Sov, like "Im Lo Sherisicha l'Tov" (above, 15:11); it should be She'erisicha.

Malbim: When a crystal is whole, it is coveted. When it breaks, the shards are not worth anything. So after you break and spread into small pieces in exile, you will not be esteemed at all.
