What do we learn from "Achol Devash Harbos Lo Tov"?

1.

Rashi: Eating too much honey is not good. This hints to expounding Ma'ase Bereishis and Ma'ase Merkavah, to reveal to the masses. Amei ha'Aretz mock the matters, and ask 'what is above, and what is below?'

What is the meaning of "v'Cheker Kevodam Kavod"?

1.

Rashi: Where should one investigate? Divrei Chachamim - their honor is [true] honor. One should ask why they decreed so, and why they made every fence.

2.

Malbim: Just like eating too much honey damages, so excessive investigation of honor is not honor. One who excessively investigates honor of Tzadikim, he will not attain honor. This is one of the secrets of Hashgachah, that a Tzadik falls in front of a Rasha - "Kevod Elokim Hester Davar" (2). Even though you will see Tzadikim's honor profaned in the hand of a Rasha, honor in this world is not the real honor. The real honor is in the eternal world, like I explained "ba'Atzasecha Sancheni v'Achar Kavod Tikacheni" (Tehilim 73:24). The eternal spiritual honor is a secret of Elokim, for intellect confined in physicality cannot understand the honor of a spiritual Nefesh stripped of physicality. Therefore, do not investigate this - "v'Tzadik be'Emunaso Yichyeh" (Chabakuk 2:4).
