What is the comparison to a thorn in a drunkard's hand?

1.

Rashi: A thorn sticks to the hand. So the Mashal said below sticks in the Kesil's mouth - it is a painful thorn.

2.

Malbim: This Kesil is drunk due to the wine of desire. His legs and thighs were cut off. He lies and goes (moves himself) via his hands, until a thorn enters his hands. Even so, he has this Mashal to cut the legs (the pillars of Chachmah).
