Why does he ask if he is wiser than Daniel?

1.

Rashi: Nebuchadnetzar came to make Daniel a god, and he bowed to him, and wanted to pour libations to him, and Daniel did not accept. You [Melech Tzor] make yourself a god?!

2.

Radak: Daniel's Chachmah was known in Bavel. You are Chacham in your eyes like Daniel!

2)

Why does it say "Kol Sasum Lo Amemucha"?

1.

Rashi: Closed (baffling) matters are not dim for you (rather, you have clarity). Those who dispute you, they are merely argumentative! I.e. are you Chacham like Daniel, about whom it says "v'Chol Raz Lo Anes Lach" (Daniel 4:6)?!

2.

Radak: Closed and hidden matters are not closed from you. Amemucha is covering, like "Arazim Lo Amamuhu" (31:8). Also "Eichah Yu'am Zahav" (Eichah 4:1) means that its radiance was covered. Also Yonason translates 'no secret is covered from you.'

3.

Malbim: This is said in astonishment. A hidden matter is not Imecha (with you), i.e. nothing is concealed from you?!
