What are the connotations of "La'avod es ha'Adamah asher Lukach mi'Sham"?

Targum Yonasan: It means that Hashem expelled Adam to Har ha'Moriyah, where he had been created, to work the land from which he had been created.

2.

Seforno: It means that Adam was sent to the location where he had been created, because the location and the air there would be the best suited for him.
