Why does it say "Ki Karov Yom"?
Radak: The year in which this Nevu'ah was said, Egypt was given to Melech Bavel; the day of their calamity is close.
Malbim: It will be destroyed immediately after Churban ha'Bayis.
Why does it add "v'Karov Yom la'Shem"?
Radak: This day comes to them from Hashem. He will bring it close - He will command the enemy to come against them.
Malbim: The second time that it will be destroyed, in Nebuchadnetzar's 27th year, even though it is not close, it is close to Hashem 1 .
I.e. for Hashem it is considered close. For Him, 852 years is called Meherah (quickly) (Gitin 88b). (PF)
Why is it called "Yom Anan"?
Radak: That day will be a cloud and darkness for them.
Malbim: This is the first day, which is close; it will be cloudy.
What is "Es Goyim"?
Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: The time when nations will be broken.
Radak: When nations will gather against Egypt to destroy it.
Malbim: It is the second day, which is close to Hashem - then, all the nations that had a Bris with Egypt will fall.
