Having written "Kol Behemtam", why does the Torah need to add "ve'es Kol Mikneihem"?

Oznayim la'Torah: Every landowner has animals, for working the land, milk (and transporation). "Mikneh" is a term that pertains to animals that one rears as a livelihood. 1
