Rashi and Seforno: 'Know, Yeshurun, that among all the gods of the nations, there is none (that is Omnipotent and that does not change ¹ - Seforno) like G-d ² (and their rock is not like your Rock - Rashi)'. 2.: ''There is no god like the G-d of Yisrael'.

Targum Onkelos and Targum Yonasan, Da'as Zekenim and Rosh: '(Yisrael, strengthen yourselves in the fear of your G-d - Da'as Zekenim and Rosh), for there is none like Him] - since "He rules over the heaven [to help you .... ".

Oznayim la'Torah: Yisrael said this in answer to their own question "Mi Chamocha ba'Eilim Hashem", ³ which they asked at the Yam-Suf, when they still had doubts - Now after they had received the Torah and studied it for forty years, they declared with conviction "Ein ka'Keil Yeshurun".

Oznayim la'Torah (citing the G'ra): It is a Lashon 'Shirah', and they are clled by that name following the SHirah that they sang at the Yan'Suf.

Rashi: It means 'The G-d who straddles the heaven ¹ is the One who helps you'. ²

Seforno: Refer to 33:26:1:1. 'Because the G-d who helps you straddles the heaven' - which is higher than them and than their gods, ³ in which case Malchus that comes from Him does not rise and fall with the rise and fall of the Mazalos. ⁴

Targum Onkelos: It means ' ... whose Shechinah in the heaven helps you.'

Targum Yonasan: It means 'The One who rests His Shechinah and His Chariot in the heaven, He will help you'.

Rashi: 'And in His pride He straddles the Shechakim'. ¹

Seforno: 'And in His pride He (even) straddles Shechakim, a higher sphere where there are no stars and which is devoid of any form. ²

Targum Onkelos: 'And His Strength in the Heaven of the Heavens'.

Targum Yonasan: 'And in His pride, He sits with His Throne of Glory in the upper Shechakim'. ³
