Why does it say "[Re'emim] Imam"?

Radak: Many other Nochri kings will die with [Edom].
Malbim: Other Nochrim, and their kings, Giborim and rulers will join with Edom, and descend with their fall.
What are "Abirim"?
Rashi: They are healthy (fat) bulls, like "Abirei Vashan Kiteruni" (Tehilim 22:13).
What is the significance of bulls and Abirim?

Malbim: (6): This is a metaphor for Giborim and officers.
Why does it say "v'Rivesah Artzam"?
Malbim: A land fat from Chelev will not absorb blood. Rather, first it will be satiated from blood, and afterwards the earth above will become fat from Chelev. The Nimshal is, first He will kill Edom - "Cherev la'Shem Mele'ah Dam" (6). Afterwards, He will conquer Batzrah - "Hudashnah me'Chelev" (6).
