What do we learn from "[Arbeh Osam] ka'Tzon Adam"?
Rashi: I will increase their number greatly, like a flock.
Targum Yonasan: I will increase the [number of] people, and make them succeed with [many] animals. Rashi ? i.e. their sins will not be remembered for them.
Radak: Yisrael are called Adam, like I explained "Adam Atem" (34:31). There is a Patach under the Kuf, in place of the prefix Hei ha'Yedi'ah ? the known flock, like it explains "ka'Tzon Kodoshim" (38).
Malbim: I will do a miracle ? Bnei Yisrael will increase like flocks; their nature is to increase greatly.
