Why does it say "Hashem Ohev Mishpat"?
Radak: He loves straight deeds.
Malbim: Since He supervises the world, surely He will do Mishpat. He will not abandon his Chasidim, for that would be against Mishpat and Tzedek. Surely they are always guarded via Hashgachah!
Why does it mention Chasidim after Mishpat?
Radak: Also one who acts according to Mishpat will not be abandoned. Chesed is greater than Mishpat - it is beyond the letter of the law. When one accustoms himself to straight deeds and Mishpat, he will not veer from Emes, and he will come to Midas Chasidus - bestowing good even without one to whom he is not obligated.
Why are they always guarded?
Radak: Hashem will not remove His Shemirah from them; it will cling to them constantly.
Mesilas Yesharim (Perek 20): If one guards three matters properly - purity of thought, investigation and Bitachon - no evil will occur to him.
Malbim: Refer to 37:28:1:2.
Why does it mention "Zera Resha'im"?
Radak: When Resha'im are cut off, their seed is cut off with them.
Malbim: They are cut off, so Tzadikim will inherit the land (refer to 37:29:1:2).
