What are "Eglei Tal"?

Rashi #1: They are Galim (waves) of dew. The Aleph is extra at the beginning of the word, like "v'Achvasi b'Azneichem" (13:17). "Ivchas Charev" is Nivu'ach (the scream of) the sword.

Rashi #2: They are Aganos (bowls) of dew. There is a Lamed in place of the Nun 1 . We find "Nishkah" (Nechemyah 13:7) in place of Lishkah.

Ibn Ezra: Some say that it is fine rain.

Both of them are pronounced from the same place - the tongue (Maharsha Berachos 6b; it is put next to the teeth). Such letters are interchangeable (Rashi Nachum 3:18). (PF)
