Malbim: He appointed Yosef in charge of finances - the expenditure and the income of his household. 1

Ha'amek Davar: Yosef was appointed over those who served in his house and over his property.

Targum Yonasan: Potifar appointed Yosef chief executor of his entire household.

Malbim: Even though this was normally handed over to two administrators - to safeguard against theft - such was the trust that Potifar placed in Yosef.

What does "v'Chol Yesh Lo Nasan b'Yado" include?

Malbim: Normally, one person oversees income, and another, expenditures, due to concern for theft. Potifar appointed Yosef over both expenditures (Beiso) and income and storehouses (v'Chol Yesh Lo). 1

Ha'amek Davar: It includes the service of the king that was incumbent on Potifar, his authority and honor.
