Rashi: He swears falsely. Malbim ? and Chachesh, they deny Hashem's existence and Hashgachah ? the opposite of Da'as Elokim. Alo v'Chachesh corresponds to the first five Dibros ? most of them are Bein Adam la'Makom. Alo is the opposite of "Lo Sisa [Es Shem Hashem Elokecha la'Shav]"; v'Chachesh is the opposite of "Anochi [Hashem Elokecha] and "Lo Yihyeh Lecha [Elohim Acherim]" (Shemos 20:2-5) and the Mitzvah of Shabbos, which are to found the Emunah in Hashem's existence, unity and Hashgachah Pratis.

Radak citing Rav Sadya Gaon: Alo ? they entered Alos (the curses of) the Bris. It says "Arur ha'Ish Asher Ya'aseh Fesel u'Masechah" (Devarim 27:15), and they make them! V'Chachesh ? they deny Kel, whom they accepted to be Elokim.
