What is "Torasi"?

Rashi: It is Hashem's Torah. The Navi speaks on behalf of Hashem.

R. Yonah: The Musar that I arranged. It is proper for youths and Chachamim - "Lases li'Fsayim Armah; Yishma Chacham v'Yosif Lekach" (1:4-5).
