Why did Nevuzaradan say so to Yirmeyah?

Rashi (citing Pesikta): Why are you pained for them? You prophesized for them, and they did not hearken!

Radak: [The Bavliyim] heard what Yirmeyah prophesized for them.

Malbim: Why did you put fetters on your hands, and pain yourself? (a) It is a decree from Hashem. (b) It is due to your sins (verse 3). I did not do evil 1 !
