What is the meaning of "Davar Beliya'al Yatzuk Bo"?

1.

Rashi: All the evils that he did, they should spill into his body.

2.

Radak: A harsh illness clung to him. Yatzuk is sticking, like "Libo Yatzuk Kemo Aven v'Yatzuk k'Felach Tachtis" (Iyov 41:16).

3.

Malbim: One must pour into his body something Beliya'al, i.e. an evil lethal matter, i.e. poison, so he will not rise.
