Rashi: From [Ma'amad] Har Sinai, I told you that there is no god other than Me.

What is the meaning of "v'Ein Tzur Bal Yadati"?

Rashi citing Targum Yonasan: No one has strength, unless I gave strength to him. This is like "v'Eda'acha b'Shem" (Shemos 33:17), "Yada Lechtecha" (Devarim 2:7).

Radak: There is no rock (power) that I do not know, and they do not truly know Me, for they are not G-d. This refers to the angels and spheres.
