Why does it say "ha'Lo Elokim Yachakar Zos"?

Radak (21-22): He knows whether there was any thought in our hearts to deny Emunah in Him due to this (that our afflicters are serene, and we are afflicted). "Zos" is intent to forget Him in our hearts.

Malbim: He knows what is in our hearts, for He is "Yode'a Ta'alumos Lev."
