What is the meaning of "Ach Bach Kel"?
Rashi: They will admit that there is no god other than Hashem (Radak - i.e. Elokei Yisrael).
Malbim: They will say that they see that the Shechinah is only amidst you, and not amidst another nation.
Why does it say "Efes Elokim"?
Malbim: There is no other G-d, for the gods of the Nochrim are nothing.
