Why does the verse tell the ends of the land to turn to Hashem?

Rashi: Abandon your idols, and via this, "you will be saved." Malbim - the idols cannot save the body, and not the Nefesh.

Radak: All the nations should turn to Hashem the way Yisrael do 1 , and they will be saved like Yisrael are saved.
3.
Malbim: Do not think that only Yisrael can turn to me, for I gave to them Torah and Mitzvos!

Why does it say "Ani Kel v'Ein Od"?

Malbim: Only I have ability to save.
