Rashi (Yechezkel 12:3): The bowl is to knead in it. They did not prepare; when exiled, they kneaded in earth, and pebbles entered the dough - "va'Yagres be'Chatzatz Shinai" (Eichah 3:16).

Why does it say "Yosheves Bas Mitzrayim"?

Radak: You, Bas Mitzrayim, used to sit confident. You thought that you will dwell much time in your land. Now prepare exile Kelim, for you will be exiled from it!

Why does it mention "Nof"?

Radak: It was the capitol.

What is "Nitzesah"?

Rashi: It is an expression of a wilderness. Radak - it will be desolate, like "Arav Nitzesu" (2:15) and "Nitzesah cha'Midbar" (9:11). Also Yonason translates so.
