What is the significance of "Kol Etz Ma'achal"?

Radak, Malbim: This is "Etz Rav" mentioned above (8). Now it explains that it will be all fruits in the world.

What is the significance of the leaves not withering?

Radak: Not in summer, and not in winter.

2.

Malbim: Also wealth and acquisitions, which are guards for the fruits, will not wither. Wealth will not veer them from Avodas Hashem. Just the contrary, the leaves will be a cure, and help attain happiness and perfection.

Why does it say "v'Lo Yitom Piryo"?

Malbim: People will live many years.

What do we learn from "[v'Lo Yitom Piryo] la'Chadashav Yevaker"?

1.

Rashi: Every month it will ripen its fruits.

2.

Radak: The tree's fruits will not be finished, for every month it will make new fruits. This will be miraculous.

3.

Malbim: Hashem will renew for them Ma'ase Bereishis. Every time of the Chidush of the supreme moon, He will bestow greatly on them.

Why does it say "Ki Meimav Min ha'Mikdash Hemah Yotze'im"?

Radak: The water of this river comes out from the Mikdash, like we said above. Therefore this miracle will be for the trees on its banks.

2.

Malbim: The teachings come from the Mikdash ? a faithful source. Also the influence of Brachah will be from the Mikdash, i.e. from His Hashgachah, and not from the Ma'arachah.

What is the significance of "v'Hayah Piryah l'Ma'achal v'Alehu li'Srufah"?

Malbim: Also worldly success, which is depicted as a sprouting tree, which lives physically due to its Nefesh ha'Tzomachas, which has power to feed, make grow and reproduce, will grow greatly. People's bodies will be like trees that bear fruits.

It is written v'Hayu, and we pronounce it v'Hayah!

Radak: The Kesiv refers to its fruit and leaves. The pronunciation refers to its fruit.

What do we learn from "v'Alehu li'Srufah"?

1.

Rashi citing Sanhedrin 110a #1: (The leaves on the bank are) LehaTiR Peh (to open the mouth, i.e. cure muteness). Malbim ? this refers to fixing Bris ha'Lashon.

2.

Rashi citing Sanhedrin 110a #2: They are LehaTiR Peh (open the lower mouth (womb), i.e. cure barren women). Malbim ? this refers to fixing Bris of the Ever, to bear Kadosh fruits (children).

3.

Sanhedrin 110a #3: They are used for Terufah (a remedy), i.e. l'To'aR Panim (to give a beautiful countenance) to those who use their mouths (for Torah).

4.

Rashi: It is an expression of Refu'ah, like "va'Yrape'u Es Shever Ami" (Yirmeyah 6:14).

5.

Radak: Its leaves will be for food, and also for cures. Terufah is like "Amudei Shamayim Yerofafu" (Iyov 26:11). I.e. they will put the leaves on every breakage, and it will be healed.
