Rashi: They are called "Rafsodos" in Divrei ha'Yamim II, 2:15 (rafts). They tie logs together (Radak - at the ends) and float them on the water and lead them, like ships.

Rashi: It is where you want me to bring them there.

What is the meaning of "v'Nipatztim"?

Rashi: I will untie them and take each log onto the land by itself.

Radak citing Targum Yonasan: I will untie them and cast them there. Niputz is spreading out.

What is "Lechem Beisi"?

Radak: It is [the food of] those who eat at my table. In Divrei ha'Yamim II, 2:9, Shlomo said that he will give 20,000 Korim of wheat and of barley for the workers who cut the trees.
