What is the meaning of "v'Ra'u Kevasim k'Davram"?
Pesachim 68a: In the future, Tzadikim will revive the dead. It says "v'Ra'u Kevasim k'Davram," and it says "Yir'u Vashan v'Gil'ad ki'Mei Olam" (alluding to two who revived the dead). "Vashan" refers to Elisha, who was from Bashan. It says "v'Yanai v'Shofot ba'Bashan" and "... Po Elisha ben Shofot".

Radak: This is a metaphor for the Tzadikim and weak people. Before this, the Resha'im expelled them from their houses. When the Resha'im are eradicated, the poor will eat what the Resha'im ate. This was in the days of Chizkiyah, who was a righteous king and truthful judge. In his days, the strong could not oppress the weak. Most of Yisrael died or were exiled in his days. "K'Davram" is like their conduct; the Targum of "va'Yinhag" (Shemos 3:1) is v'Dabar. I.e. no one forces them.

There is no food for the fattened animal; it dies of hunger. The thin sheep finds its food in the Midbar - "v'Ra'u Kevasim k'Davram."
What are "Charvos Mechim"?
