What is "Holelim"?

1.

Rashi: It is people acting madly.

2.

Rashi citing Shocher Tov 8: It is mixed up.

3.

Radak: Sometimes it is folly, like "va'Yis'halelu b'Yadam" (Shmuel I, 21:14), "Amarti Meholal" (Koheles 2:2). Sometimes it is evil - "Holelus Ra'ah" (ibid., 10:13) and similar verses.

2)

Why does it say "Lo Yis'yatzvu Holelim l'Neged Eineicha"?

1.

Radak: This is like the verse concludes - You hate all who do evil. One who hates someone does not want to see him.

2.

Malbim: This is unlike the nations. Holelim stand up to resemble their gods, cruel murderers like themselves.
