What is the meaning of "Akaveh Shemecha"?

Radak: I will make people hope to Your name; I will inform in front of Your Chasidim that it is good.

Malbim: I will hope to Your name, that You will do Chesed in front of Your Chasidim, who are prepared for Chesed.
