What is Hashem's command?

Rashi: [A big house] is shattered into] small pieces. Radak ? this is like Retzizim ? "Kaneh Ratzutz" (Yeshayah 42:3) ? breakage. Each Samech is in place of a Tzadi. The Targum of "v'Chasus" (Vayikra 22:24) is ud'Maris.
What are "Beki'im"?
Rashi: They are bigger than Resisim. Each house is stricken according to its importance. So Yonason translated ? a big house will be stricken strongly, and a small house will be stricken softly. Radak ? Yonason explains that our verse is a Mashal.
