What do we learn from "u'Rhav Re'echa"?

Rashi #1: [If you were not a monetary guarantor, rather, you spoke harshly to him,] bring friends to request his pardon.

Rashi #2 (from Shocher Tov 8:3): Get many friends to pray to Him for you.

Malbim: Or, if you cannot get the Zar, to exempt you,] aggrandize your friend to do his will until he will exempt you from the obligation that you accepted.

Malbim: Aggrandize your Friend (Hashem, or the Neshamah).
