What is the meaning of "Lo Yisa Pnei Chol Kofer"?
Rashi: He will not show favoritism due to any money give to atone for denying Him and clinging to idolatry.
Malbim: Her husband will not accept money [to pardon the adultery], for his wife became forbidden to him and his children were profaned 1 .
I.e. if they were conceived after the adultery. Even those conceived before the adultery might be profaned in people's eyes. Perhaps they are Mamzerim from the adulterer! (PF)
Why does it say "v'Lo Yoveh Ki Sarbeh Shochad"?
Malbim: Even if he will give a great bribe to the judges to say that his wife is permitted, until the jealousy ceases, he will not want, for the jealousy still burns in his heart.
